Villa guests enjoy free access to the nearby hotel’s facilities. These include five resort swimming pools, a gym, tennis court, bike hire and spa. On the beach you will find the water sport center, with diving, snorkeling, surfing, kitesurfing and SUP activities. You can also join in with fun and inspiring activities such as meditation, yoga, pilates, water gym, nordic walking and thematic parties. A running path is available for sport lovers. Younger visitors will be delighted by the petting zoo and vegetable garden, while a packed schedule of daily entertainment and activities will keep them busy. Dining options are also taken care of with four restaurants, a gelateria and a pizzeria on-site.
Location
Located on the South East coast of Sardinia, the villa is just 54km from Caligari Airport. Attractions in the municipality of Villasimius include the Capo Carbonara natural reserve, an archaeological museum and fort. The capital city of Cagliari and the Roman ruins of Nola are amongst the other must-see sights nearby. You can discover the area by bike (bikes are available to guests for an extra price), by boat (yacht rental available) or by jeep (off-road adventures). Or you can relax and discover this beautiful area of southern Sardinia with the many guided tours available. Golf lovers will discover the beautiful Golf Club Tanka, a course with 18 holes. The club is just 10 minutes from Capo Boi and the villa.

Included in your stay at the villa is a buffet style breakfast and dinner. Guests can choose to have à la carte lunch or dinner in the beach restaurant at an extra price. Furthermore guests have free access to all hotel facilities. This includes the Spa, gym, Falky land and all leisure activities such as yoga and meditation courses. Among the extra services: butler service, nursery (0-3 years) and babysitting, courses with a dedicated instructor (tennis, golf, personal trainer), wine or spirit tasting sessions, cooking classes.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
