Valle d’Itria Historic Masseria is a beautiful traditional farmhouse located in the heart of Puglia.
Its protected courtyard and fortressed structures evidence the region’s history of battles but has since then been repurposed into a sophisticated family hideaway craving to be explored.

This charming 500 sqm large masseria can comfortably accomodate up to 10 guests.
It is furnished and decorated in a minimalistic manner with a Apulian touch recalling the region’s heritage. The white massive stone-faced vault ceilings combined with the magnificent views of the sea and unspoiled landscape produce a breathtaking setting.
The slit-shaped windows allow the natural light to enter while giving a majestic appearance to this rustic and refined space.

The Valle d’Itria Historic Masseria is composed by 5 equally elegant bedrooms located in 3 private suites, a traditional fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a capacious dining area.
It is the ideal house for a large family or a group of friends.

There are 3 private suites, two of which are composed by 2 double beds and with one bathroom each. These 2 suites sleep up to 8 people. Situated on the same floor is also a double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. The two dominant colours in the house are white and beige which create a seamless transition from one room to the other. All the rooms have been furnished with utmost care. Two beautiful terraces are accessible from the second floor and permit the guests to appreciate the stunning views of the property.

Exteriors

The Valle d’Itria Historic Masseria is located in a wonderful panoramic position and offers views of untouched scenery. Situated amidst 18 hectares of picturesque farmland – Masseria Le Cerase is the perfect combination of elegance and rustic wilderness with its turquoise coloured pool and endless green gardens. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun beds and for the ones who seek some shade, it can be found under the olive trees.

At ground level, just across the pool, there is a covered patio where it is possible to prepare a barbecue or enjoy a lovely lunch al fresco.
The white masseria provides a striking contrast with the blue sky, turquoise pool and green gardens. Its exterior is very well tended and the soft grass is proof of that.

Location

The Masseria is located 3 km from the historic town of Conversano which bustles of beautiful churches and cathedrals. It is also just a short drive from Bari and Brindisi which are both well connected and serviced by international airports.

What was once the strategic vantage point of the Masseria, its location, today offers sweeping views of protected ancient olive groves and the captivating Adriatic sea. It is the ideal location for a peaceful escape. The beach is located only 3 km away and allows for an adventurous walk or an unhurried drive.
