Interiors

Right across from the flowered well, with beautiful stone crownings and made of solid wood, the striking front door welcomes guests into the Valdarno Grand Manor. As you step in, the wooden ceiling that flows throughout the house’s 720 square meters immediately brings out the unique sense of comfort that only classical manors have.

In the main entrance, a wide double entrance hall greets you into the property’s ground floor, where you will find it’s main common rooms. They are: the timeless library with a carved stone fireplace, a cozy living room with a TV, a welcoming dining space, a breakfast room with an open fireplace and a remarkable living space with 3 French doors spread along the main wall, allowing the natural daylight and the panoramic private terrace to be a constant view. Also on the ground floor, you will also find 2 restrooms and the Valdarno Grand Manor’s beautiful kitchen, with stone cabinets and charming kitsch tiles.

Moving up to the first floor lie the Manor’s 6 bedrooms. A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bathtub and two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms with a shower can be found on the main space. From the floor’s sitting room you can access the attic, where the remaining 3 double bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms, lie.

Exteriors

Surrounded by the idillic Tuscan greenery, a private 12x6m swimming pool with shoreline beds and a secret garden are ready to welcome you. Outdoor sitting can also be found surrounding the Manor.

Location

Located inside an enormous 70 hectares estate, the Manor is the biggest property among the 5 Villas and 3 cottages spread around the estate, dating back to the 16th century. The property also includes a delightful 16th century chapel as well as an agriculture museum. It is situated on a privileged location up on the Tuscan hills, at a 20 km distance from Florence.

Services & Activities

A daily cleaning service is available free of charge. Guests can also enjoy the property’s outdoor tennis courts. Wine cellars and wine tastings are available upon request.

A separate 3 bedroom cottage can also be included, at an extra fee.
