Interior

An avenue of cypresses through the woods takes you to the Todi Spa Resort, which stands in a panoramic position on the wooded Umbrian hills. The resort consists of a main villa and three guest houses. All the structures share a large living area, dining room, kitchen, swimming pool and spa, making it an ideal rental for large groups who want to share a holiday without sacrificing privacy. The living room, dining room and kitchen are located near the main villa. For an effortless holiday, guests can request a restaurant service, offering a delicious cuisine made with fresh ingredients. The real treasure of the resort is the modern spa, overlooking the pristine Umbrian valley that extends as far as the eye can see. The spa offers a heavenly indoor heated swimming pool and a Turkish bath, that resort staff can operate for guests. Please note that it is possible to rent villas in different combinations, from a minimum of 18 to a maximum of 33 people – in some periods even smaller groups are allowed. In any combination of rentals, the resort is for the exclusive use of guests. Main Villa Sleeps: 8+3 Guests – 4 bedrooms – 3 bathrooms The main villa is on two floors. The ground floor consists of a lounge with a fireplace, a game room with a bar area, a TV room and 2 guest toilets. On the same floor, there is a dining room with large windows opening onto the garden, a large fully-equipped professional kitchen, and a utility room. The sleeping area is on the first floor, reachable from the outside via 10 steps. The first room has a double bed and a living area with 2 additional single sofa beds. The bathroom has a double sink and shower. The second room has a double bed, a single sofa bed, an en-suite with a bath tub and walk-in shower. The third room has single beds (which can be converted into a double bed) and shares a bathroom with a shower with the fourth room, which has a double bed and a beautiful view of the swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning and TV. First Guest House Sleep: 10+1 Guests – 5 bedrooms – 5 bathrooms Located close to the main villa, the first guest house has 5 en-suite bedrooms. The first room has a double bed and a single sofa bed. The second and third rooms have double beds, both convertible into 2 single beds. The fourth and fifth rooms have double beds. All bedrooms are furnished with en-suite bathrooms with showers, and have a TV. Second Guest House Sleep: 2+1 Guests – 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom This smaller guest house has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, air conditioning, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Third Guest House Sleep: 8 Guests – 4 bedrooms – 4 bathrooms Located between the main villa and the entrance gate, the fourth guests house has 4 rooms on the ground floor, all with TVs and en-suite bathrooms with a shower. All rooms have a double bed, two of which can be converted into single beds. Two additional guest houses are available on request, for a total capacity of 43 Guests.

Exteriors

The Resort is surrounded by a panoramic garden full of cypresses, olive trees and carefully-manicured lawns. Guests will discover countless idyllic places to relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the breathtaking view of the unspoiled nature. Several dining tables for “al fresco” dinners are available. In addition to the common outdoor spaces, each villa has its own private garden, ideal for enjoying a moment of privacy. Equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, the swimming pool boasts breathtaking views over a verdant panorama.

Location

The resort is located within the Monte Peglia and Selva di Meana Natural Park, recently recognized as a MAB Unesco World Biosphere Reserve. It is one of the most unspoiled and unquestionably beautiful corners of Umbria, easily accessible from Rome and Florence. Wine tastings, bike tours, horseback riding, jeep tours and truffle hunting are just some of the classic activities in the area. The closest center is the small, characteristic village of Doglio, where guests will find a bar, a restaurant and groceries. The village of Todi, with its splendid medieval architecture and its delicious Umbrian restaurants, is 25 minutes away from the resort, and Orvieto, famous for its Duomo and the handicraft shops that line its lively “corso”, is about 50 minutes away. Another ideal destination for a day trip is the scenic town of Civita di Bagnoregio, which is perched on a pinnacle within a grand canyon.
