Interiors

Laid out over three floors, the Castiglioncello Waterfront Villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in spacious interiors. On the ground floor, guests will find a large dining room with a wooden table seating 12 guests and leading on to one of the terraces. The adjacent kitchen features a beautiful stone wall, marble surfaces is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower also feature on this floor. One of them features a double bed, the other twin beds. Shades of blue, white and wood give the bedrooms a coastal feel. Guests will also find a laundry room and pantry on this floor.

Up a stylish spiral staircase, guests will find a splendid lounge area facing the sea through a large arched bay window. It features comfortable sofas, a large coffee table, TV and tasteful decorations. Further on is a small wooden table seating 4 guests, also facing the sea and directly leading to the terrace.

The second floor is where guests will find the rest of the bedrooms. Four bedrooms in total share two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a whirlpool tub. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds, the fourth features twin beds, and each have windows facing the stunning blue sea. Moreover, two of the bedrooms have their own terrace for guests to enjoy the sun.

The Villa features WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout.

Exteriors

The Villa’s two main terraces offer absolutely spectacular views of the sea and the horizon, with nothing standing between the Villa and the water. The ground floor terrace is particularly notable for its circular salt-water pool for swims with a view. A wooden deck also features plenty of deckchairs and parasols for sunbathing sessions in front of the stunning panorama. A large shaded wooden table is also on the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy al fresco meals.

The garden above features beautiful fruit trees, oaks, tamarisks, arbutus bushes and an English lawn.

Making the Villa all the more special is its stone steps leading straight to the sea. At the bottom, the rocks are flat, allowing guests to relax by the water, swim, fish or snorkel. It is a true paradise!

Location

Just over a kilometre away from the town of Castiglioncello, the Villa stands right on a cliff facing the Ligurian sea. Castiglioncello is a charming town of Etruscan origin on the Tuscan coast. Extremely rich in cultural attractions that these origins have left behind, it is also renowned for its spectacular cliffs occasionally giving way to enchanting sandy beaches and their clear waters. You may also recognise this town from its central role in Dino Risi’s film “Il Sorpasso”, giving the town tremendous international attention. On top of this, Castiglioncello provides visitors with plenty of hiking opportunities with amazing trails.
For guests wanting to explore further, the Villa is also just a half hour drive to the larger seaside town of Livorno, and under an hour away from the cultural gem of Pisa.
