Split into 2 lounging areas, this space beautifully hosts both cozy nights by the fireplace and chatty hang-outs between family and friends while the outside breeze comes in through the room’s porch access.

Next to the living room lies the villa’s discreet dining room, where the wide glass windows displaying the property’s enormous olive fields stands out. Connecting the space with the villa’s beautiful kitchen, the 2 way wood burning oven is the show stopper. In the kitchen, the navy lacquered cabinets harmoniously meet the traditional Tuscan tiled backsplash and the polished dark wood island. Joined by top-notch stainless steel appliances, this is a magnificent work station for passionate cooks.

Situated inside a 580 hectares estate, the villa counts with private parking and is one out of 4 hospitality villas, all encompassed by over 5.000 olive trees. The property is very much self-sufficient – the cultivation of cereals, the herd of cows and the flock of sheep are sustained by the farm.

Enclosed by a number of picturesque medieval villages, where artisan shops and traditional Tuscan cuisine restaurants are easily spotted, the fine wine and vineyards of the Bolgheri area, Castagneto Carducci, are also close by.
The sea is only 10 minutes away: high rocky coasts to the north and sandy beaches further south.
