Interiors

With an imposing white wooden staircase, the double-height living room of the Taormina Seafront Villa is surrounded by big windows that invite guests to enjoy the Sicily’s incredible weather. The space is composed by 3 large comfortable couches and a design armchair that sits in front of the built-in bookcase, being also equipped with an entertainment center composed of a large TV, HI-FI system and a CD/DVD player.

Also on the ground floor, the beautiful round wrought iron table accommodates up to 12 guests in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality modern appliances and leads straight to an Sicilian-style terrace.

On the second floor guests can find 3 bedrooms, as well as a small living room area and a wellness area fitted with small gym, a spa bed and an emotional shower.  On the third floor sit the remaining 3 bedrooms and a cozy reading space where a big window frames the seaview.

Very spacious and bright, the Taormina Seafront Villa has been recently renovated and was carefully designed to provide a true Mediterranean vacation to all guests.

Exterior

Right outside of the ground floor, a terrace with a dining area and a barbecue station make the perfect spot for an outdoor gathering. From here, guests can admire the magnificent view of the Sicilian coast while enjoying a pleasant conversation under the ivy covered pergola.

A well-cared garden surrounds the Taormina Seafront Villa’s swimming pool, just steps from where the sunbathing terrace is. The villa has direct access to sea – a descent where a volcanic rock cliff meets the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.

Location

Only a few meters from the archaeological area of ​​Giardini Naxos, an ancient greek city, and just at 10 minute drive from the center of Taormina, the villa stands on an extremely privileged position, sitting on a stretch of coast accessible only to some properties facing the sea. The pearl of the sea, as Taormina is known, is full of panoramic terraces with incredible views that for years have inspired poets like Goethe, Klimt and Oscar Wilde.

In Taormina, the Corso Umberto street is a dream for shopping and food lovers. A stroll starting from the unique Piazza IX Aprile down to the Corso Umberto until the Piazza Duomo is the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful day out in the city, while heading further south, the beach of Isola Bella, one of the most exclusive beaches in the region, is easily accessible through cable cars. In Giardini Naxos remains from the old colonies can still be seen at the Archaeological Park of Naxos.
