Interiors

Accommodating up to 22 guests, the Talamone Seafront Villa’s interiors combine elegance, tradition and modernity. Guests will find plenty of space to lounge and enjoy meals in several living rooms with a fireplace and a grand dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and all necessary utensils.

The bedrooms are divided into six double bedrooms and three luxurious suites for a total of 22 guests. Extra beds may be added to the suites in case of extra guests.

Two of the suites feature their own private living room and a bedroom with a king size bed. They also benefit from a splendid sea view as well as air conditioning.

The third suite is the master suite (12sqm), featuring a grand living room with a TV (equipped with Sky). It also includes two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with twin beds. This master wing also features a mini bar and two bathrooms, of which one with a bathtub and shower. It also faces the sea and benefits from air conditioning.

Three other bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and feature an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The final 3 bedrooms are also furnished with king size beds, face the sea and also benefit from private bathrooms and air conditioning.

The villa also includes a washing machine and dryer.

Exteriors

The villa’s stunning garden faces the sea, with stunning views of the horizon and the stretch of coast of the town of Talamone. Guests benefit from outside sitting areas to make the most of the panorama while enjoying meals.

The villa also accesses a lovely little private sandy beach, for guests to enjoy the splendid Tuscan sea.

At the entrance of the villa, guests will find a shaded parking area with a 10 car capacity.

Location

The closest town to the villa, Fonteblanda, is just 1.5km away, offers all essentials to guests such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies etc. 6km away is the port of Talamone, an ancient port with an Etruscan fort with a lovely bay called Il Bagno delle Donne, equipped for beach lovers. The Beach club of Il Tramonto sulla Giannella, a sandy beach is also just 10min away.

Many activities can be organised in the area. These include kitesurfing, paddle boarding and windsurfing, horse riding, biking, wine tasting and boat tours.
