Interiors

Just renovated to the highest standards, this luxury Sicily Seafront Villa combines the incomparable beauty of southern Italy with modern amenities and facilities. The contemporary architecture of the property, immerged between sky and sea, was attentively constructed using colors and materials that respect the flora of the surrounding environment, creating a feeling of effortless continuity. The Property is on 2 levels. On the ground floor Guests will find a single, sophisticated space divided between a scenic living room with fireplace, a very pleasant dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there are 2 Suites with private bathroom with direct access to the pools and panoramic view of the sea. On this floor is also a Guests bathroom. On the first floor of the main building Guests will find the third Suite. The forth Suite is located in a Guesthouse boasting a magnificent view of the sea. The bathroom features an emotional shower. All the Suites have Sat TV, AC, Wi-Fi and safe. The last room has a fridge.

Exteriors

The outdoors space extends over the rocks, diving through the pathway into the crystalline waters of the natural pool and into the cerulean Mediterranean Sea. The uncontaminated environment is impeccably equipped to grant guests maximal relaxation. The panoramic veranda situated in front of the living area offers two different areas with outdoor table and lounges, both featuring a splendid view of the Nature Reserve. The pool area consists of three swimming pools, one of which is heatable. This is truly a liquid garden: 400 square meters of water with an average depth between 1.2 meters and 0.40 cm for a length of over 70 meters. The natural pool by the sea, exclusively reserved to the Guests and accessible through the pebbled stairway, offers white beach umbrellas and sunbeds. For sports lovers, the Villa provides snorkeling masks to explore the rich seabed of the Ionic Sea. The Syracuse Seafront Villa also has a ping-pong table and a concrete tennis court (rackets and tennis balls are provided). Private parking.

Syracuse Luxury Villa is located south the beautiful city of Syracuse on the east coast of Sicily. The extraordinary location in the heart of Plemmirio Natural Park, grants the property a unique scenario of uncontaminated natural beauty. Guest will have the opportunity to explore the surroundings by taking a walk, or a bike ride and of course snorkeling and canoeing. The city of Syracuse is about 10/15 minutes’ drive from the Villa. The characteristic Sicilian city, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO, features a vast array of breathtaking historic sites, from the famous Greek amphitheater to the Archeologic Park of Neapolis and the narrow streets of Ortygia, one of the most suggestive in Italy. Here you can find shops, local markets and delicious Sicilian cuisine restaurants. Do not miss the opportunity to visit the incredible town of Noto, the pearl of the baroque about 40 minutes’ drive from the Villa.
