Interiors

Villa Agave features four spacious double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The open-plan living area includes cozy sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, and a dining table, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a freezer, oven, five-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and blender. For added convenience, a separate laundry room is also available.

The villa offers central heating and free Wi-Fi throughout. Two charming verandas invite relaxation—one designed for outdoor dining and barbecues, and the other a peaceful spot to unwind. Both verandas provide beautiful views of the garden, the 6x11m private pool, and the picturesque wooden gazebo.

Villa Agave is nestled in the sun-drenched Trapani province on Sicily’s west coast. The villa is located in the charming town of Castelvetrano, famous for its olive and wine cultivation. The area offers a mix of relaxation and exploration, with close proximity to some of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches and historical landmarks. Castelvetrano’s 16th-century Chiesa Madre is a must-see, offering a glimpse of local life.

The villa is just a 10-minute drive from the Selinunte temples and the beautiful beaches of the Belice Nature Reserve. The popular Campobello di Mazara beach, known for water sports like kite surfing, windsurfing, and bodyboarding, is only 20 minutes away.
