Exteriors
Equipped with all the comforts, including a wrought iron barbecue, the villa features spacious terraces as well as an incredible garden overlooking the sea. Embracing the swimming pool, the Villa’s garden allows guests to enjoy one of the most fascinating sunsets in Sardinia in an atmosphere of relaxation and unique privacy.
The Villa offers direct access to the sea through a discreet staircase carved into the garden’s stones – an enchanted place overlooking the famous Riviera del Corallo.
Location
The sandy beach of Punta Negra lies only 350m from the Villa. A number of other beaches are also easily reachable in a few minute, such as the Le Bombarde beach, where there is also an adventure park, Il Lazzaretto, or the Maria Pia beach with its fine white sand. You can also visit Capo Caccia with the Grotte di Nettuno or the Natural Park of Porto Conte.
Alghero, also known as the Sardinian Barceloneta, is only 3,5 km away, while Alghero-Fertilia Airport is only 6 km away.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
