Meanwhile, the Vermentino Dependance provides a private, independent space within Santo Iolo Countryside Retreat. This charming annex includes a bright living room, a modern kitchen, and a double bedroom adorned with unique antique furnishings. Both the farmhouse and annex are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and tasteful décor, ensuring a comfortable and inviting stay.
Exteriors
The expansive 5000-square-meter garden is one of the most remarkable features of Santo Iolo Countryside Retreat. It brims with olive trees, fruit trees, and vibrant old roses. A shaded pergola covered in strawberry grape vines provides the perfect spot for outdoor meals with loved ones. Additionally, the saltwater swimming pool, located 100 meters from the main house, offers a tranquil space to unwind. Guests can enjoy relaxing on floating loungers or under the shade of the straw pergola.
The annex boasts its own fenced garden of 200 square meters. This area, enhanced by a wisteria-covered pergola and a table for four, offers additional privacy. For added charm, the property features a chicken coop and a small enclosure for donkeys. The on-site gardener takes care of the animals, maintains the pool, and tends to the plants daily, ensuring the grounds are always immaculate.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
Villa-specific rules
Included in the priceWater, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi. Each room is provided with one set of bed linens, one set of bath linens (including hand, bidet, and shower towels), and swimming pool towels, accommodating up to 13 guests.
Not included in the priceFinal cleaning fee: €350. Heating and air conditioning: Usage is metered, with readings taken at check-in and check-out. Costs are calculated based on the electricity company’s rates, with no additional surcharge from the property. Tourist tax: €1.50 per person, per day, for up to 4 days each month.
Available ExtrasExtra bed: €50 per night (maximum of 3 extra beds, accommodating up to 13 guests). Linen and towel change: €150 per service.
