According to the Italian Cultural Heritage, the villa belonged to the famous mother of Nero. Today this recently renovated 2-floor mansion is the definition of Italian luxury. With marble floors specifically designed for the property and important pieces of furnishing, the Rome Countryside Manor enjoys a sophisticated and idyllic atmosphere.

On the first floor you will find the 2 main living spaces – the living room with the beautiful stone fireplace and the lounge, with the billiard table and TV – as well as 3 out of the 6 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the Villa and a guest washroom.

On the ground floor lie the entrance hall, with columns and arched ceilings, and the bright and ample kitchen. Complete with top-of-the-notch stainless steel appliances, 2 double sinks, a central table fitting up to 10 guests, pearl lacquered cabinets and stunning checkered marble floors contrasting with the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, this superb kitchen is the dream of any passionate cook.

Heading upstairs guests will find the remaining 3 double bedrooms. Curated with incredible attention to details, each room has a different color palette, the ones on the first floor having marble floors and the ones on the top floor having wooden floors.

Hidden on the underground floor will also find the spa with sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area.

Exteriors

Surrounded by the ample private garden, this Rome Countryside Villa has spectacular views of the Tiber Park and river.

While during the day you will find yourself surrounded by nature, at night the lights of Rome will light up the horizon and bring you closer to the city’s highlights.

In the garden you will also find a fountain and a small pond. The charming outdoor dining area is right outside of the Villa.

Location & Activities

Located at a short half hour drive from Rome, this Villa has a strategic location immersed in the nature of the Tiber Valley, but close to the many treasures of Rome city center. The Villa stands in the Nazzano Nature Reserve, which can easily be explored by foot, on horseback or by boat.

The charming town of Calcata, perched on top of a immense tufo rock, the splendid abbey of Farfa, the lake of Bracciano and the medieval city of Orvieto are some of the activities worth doing on a day-trip.
