The Praiano Spa Villa of the house is incredibly fascinating, having been recently renovated with fine taste and style, preserving the charm and quality of the materials of the original house. Praiano Spa Villa offers 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The villa’s 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms, and each room includes air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The cozy living room also has a TV as well as a stereo system. Following, the large modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for cooking, a microwave, large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is perfect for cooking classes and the preparation of refined cocktails and dinners. A few steps lead you to the magnificent indoor heated pool with jets, chromotherapy, a steam room and emotional shower.

Praiano Spa Villa surroundings, terraces, and gardens are full of ambiance and the spirit of the place creates flawless harmony. The patio, located just in front of the house, is equipped with tables, chairs, and umbrellas, which presents the ideal opportunity to have breakfast with a gorgeous view. Also equipped with a new barbeque which allows to enjoy this “al fresco” area at every time of the day. On the other side of the House you will find another garden, with a more relaxing vibe: here there are many sunbeds, umbrellas and a spot were to relax in the sofas. Finally there is a unique swimming pool which overlooks the seaside of Praiano.

Location

Access to the Praiano Spa Villa is a 2-minute walk from the coastal road, a perl of this unique stretch of coast. It is reachable by private car. The villa is a few minutes’ walk from the local beach with a nice restaurant and the famous nightclub L’Africana. The village of Praiano is just 1 km from the house. Guests can also take the frequent boats that depart from Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida to see more of the area.
