This charming Portofino villa lies high above the shoreline, and accordingly offers some stunning views out over the sea and surrounding landscapes. The villa has five bedrooms that can sleep up to ten guests across seven beds. It also has five bathrooms to serve these bedrooms. The property centers itself around the lounge and living area that has six windows. These give onto the beautiful garden and patio area.
This Portofino villa was first built in 1928, so it features authentic architectural design of the time. That said, it has undergone several renovations and refurbishments meaning you can benefit from modern amenities and facilities. The interiors a certain English sensibility, prioritizing both comfort and space. The double kitchen provides all you could need to prepare some delicious meals for you and your guests. Both the kitchen and all the bathrooms are fitted with stylish and clean tiles.
Near the villa is an apartment that sleeps 2+2 people. This apartment consists of a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. In the living you will find a sofa bed fro two people. The rental of this apartment is not included in the price of the villa.
Exteriors
This villa comes with a great outdoor area that consists of a garden and patio. These feature with palm trees and a small fountain. It is thus the perfect space in which to relax during the sunset, or sunbathe during the day. From this area you can also enjoy the sweeping views over Santa Margherita, Rapallo, Golfo del Tigullio, and of course the Portofino Promontory.
There is also a dependence in this property’s grounds, in which a couple of porters live.
Location
This villa lies just in front of the Monte di Portofino National park. It is just 15 minute walk from the nearest town, meaning you will have easy access to necessary facilities such as supermarkets and pharmacies. The Portofino area is truly spectacular, with charming towns and breathtaking scenery consisting of near-untouched nature. From this villa you will be in the perfect position to visit the exquisite Portofino marina, as well as the towns in its surroundings, such as Santa Margherita and Rapallo.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
