Interior
The house is on two floors and has a simple and typically local architecture. On the first floor there is the living room, the kitchen and a double bedroom with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the first floor rooms have bunk beds and share a bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom. In the house there is an additional small room with two beds.
Outdoors
The sea view is what makes this house special. The unmistakable colors of the Mediterranean and the island of Palmarola, facing Ponza, are simply amazing. The sun sets right in front of the house, setting the landscape red. To enjoy all this, in front of the house you will find a large panoramic porch with an outdoor table, a heavenly hammock and deck chairs. A wood-burning oven is available to guests.
Location
The island of Ponza, little known by foreigners, is one of the most spectacular Italian seaside destinations. The island rises off the coast between Rome and Naples, but its spirit is certainly closer to the Neapolitan city. Ponza has a breathtaking sea, with shades ranging from green to blue. The best way to visit it is by renting a small boat. Do not miss a swim in the nearby island of Palmarola, a natural wonder. Alternatively, you can reach several beautiful bays and beaches by land. The village is delightful and the cuisine too.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
