Interiors

This villa sleeps up to 10 guests. As you enter the property, you will find the bright living room. The owners have furnished it elegantly, using typical Sicilian tiles. There is also an open-plan kitchen. On the same floor is the master bedroom (a double) which has its own bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a large private terrace where there are several seats and a hammock. On the ground floor, there are two further double bedrooms and a final bedroom with twin beds and two extra foldaway single beds (sleeps 2+2). On this floor you also have two bathrooms.

Exteriors

The outdoor area is lovely, with a romantic terrace under the shade of a porch covered with a flowering bougainvillea. This Panarea luxury villa moreover has uninterrupted views of the sea and Stromboli. Guests can see all the way to the rocks of Lisca Bianca, Basiluzzo and Le Formiche. With its traditional Aeolian architecture, the property stands on two floors. A beautiful garden lush with bougainvillea and hibiscus surrounds the house. On theterraceguests will find the outdoor dining area under the shade of a porch. There is also an outdoor lounge with comfortable sofas and panoramic views out over the sea.

Location

This Panarea luxury villa is located on the most fashionable of the Aeolian Islands. Listed among the UNESCO World Heritage sites, this impressive group of seven volcanic islands north of Sicily is a secret paradise for swimmers, divers, trekkers and food lovers. In high season Panarea also offers an exclusive nightlife scene with an international jet setting clientele. However during the low season the island is a peaceful retreat, ideal for those who want to escape the stress of city life. Panarea is furthermore a car-free island, where you travel exclusively with electric Apecars.

The holiday rental stands in the neighborhood of Ditella in the north of the island. The main village of San Pietro is a 10 to 15 minute walk. The closest beach, Calcara, is a 5 minute walk from the property.
