Interiors

This exclusive villa with swimming pool, tucked away in the Puglian countryside, showcases the typical architecture of the region with stone walls and renovated trulli houses. In total, the villa sleeps 12. Both the main building and the trulli houses have bedrooms. In the main building you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, another with a double, and a third with a French bed. In addition, there is an open space living room with a cooking and dining area. The kitchen is modern, equipped with an electric oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave. The dining room table seats 6 with an extra 3 seats for dining at the bar. The kitchen and dining area is bright, with large windows that face the garden. The living room area has a minimalist style, furnished with modern accessories including a TV available for the DVD player. High speed Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are available throughout the main house and the trulli. The two trulli have independent access. The first one has a bedroom and a private bathroom while the second has two connected bedrooms – a master and a double bedroom that share a bathroom.

Exteriors

Carefully crafted pathways lead through the rugged landscape to the entrance of this Ostuni villa with swimming pool. Outside the main dwelling you will find the two renovated trulli houses about 30 meters away. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and the typical flora of Puglia with views of the Valley of Itria. It is complete with a private swimming pool with panoramic views of the surrounding area, with an area furnished with lounge chairs and an umbrella.  There is a covered patio suitable for lunch and dinners and a barbecue, as well as plenty of space to lounge with comfortable cushions. Guests can enjoy views of the beautiful garden while enjoying one of the many relaxing spots.

Location

You will find Villa Maquis 8km from Ostuni, also known as the Città Bianca (The White town). It’s a charming town known for its dazzling whitewashed houses and exotic, Mediterranean architecture. History permeates the area, having inhabitants since the stone age. Ostuni also has excellent restaurants and chic bars for guests to enjoy a night out.  The magical village of Cisternino is also within close reach at just 20 kilometers away.  There you will find characteristic white washed houses and elegant piazzas. The village is also famous for its barbecued meat that can be savoured in one of the ancient piazzas. For sea lovers, the closest sandy beach of Marine di Ostuni lies only 15 kilometers away. Finally, you can reach the nearest airport in Brindisi which is 45 km away.
