Location

This villa is on the border of the regions of Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. You will find the Orvieto Elegant Mansion in the beautiful area around Lake Bolsena and Orvieto. This town is only 20 kilometres from the property. It is a beautiful medieval town which has grand churches and restaurants serving delicious local food. Guests will also find traditional shops and quaint narrow streets.

Interiors

The main villa can accommodate up to 14 people and is on three levels. On the ground floor, there is a lavishly decorated living room. Here guests can use a movie screen and high quality sound system. This property also has a grand dining room with a table that seats 20 people. This room leads onto a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a cosy living room (with bathroom) that can be used as a bedroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette. Guests will also find 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one WC. On the lower level guests will find a pool table, a pingpong table and a dance floor with high-quality sound system.

The villa can accommodate up to 14 people. Larger groups can also rent the guest house and bring the capacity of the villa to 26 people (14 in the main house and up to 12 in the guest house). The guest house consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a laundry area and 4 double bedrooms. If needed the living room and dining room can be used as double bedrooms.

Exteriors

The Orvieto Elegant Mansion is surrounded by a 20 hectare estate. More than 300 olive trees grow here as well plenty of fruit trees. The villa is in the perfect position to enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. It also has a privateswimming pool and a lake with swans, ducks and geese. The interior of the property is elegantly decorated, with large original fireplaces, pieces of period furniture and beautiful carpets. Moving to the villa’s exterior, there are patios surrounded by flowerbeds, a gazebo by the pool to provide a shady spot to relax, and several terraces overlooking the gently sloping Umbrian countryside. The property also has an area suitable for two helicopters to land. Finally, you’ll moreover find a hen-house with chickens, turkeys and pigeons, as well as an area with donkeys and horses.
