The interiors of Oceanfront Elegant Villa exude elegance and comfort, spread across three thoughtfully designed floors. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a luminous hallway that leads to two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring modern showers. The ground floor also includes a stylish sitting room with sea views, a bright dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen decorated in calming blue hues, complete with direct access to the courtyard.
The first floor offers a luxurious spa area, featuring a heated Jacuzzi, sauna, and chromotherapy shower. This floor also includes three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are accessible via an external staircase in the courtyard, providing added privacy. A large furnished terrace with panoramic sea views is accessible from the spa area, perfect for relaxation.
On the second floor, a final double bedroom awaits, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. This room is decorated with vibrant Sicilian tiles, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Exteriors
Oceanfront Elegant Villa’s outdoor spaces are equally captivating. The central courtyard features a charming dining area, a Sicilian-style fountain, and a relaxation pool ideal for unwinding while gazing out at the sea. A small staircase from the courtyard leads directly to a pebbly beach, where guests can lounge on sunbeds and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
