Interiors

Recently renovated, the Noto Swimming Pool Villa preserves the authenticity of traditional Sicilian architecture. By incorporating modern touches in the open-concept common areas, a unique and extremely comfortable environment is present throughout the property.

Accommodating up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms, the sleeping area consists of two quadruple rooms and four double rooms. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom.

On the ground floor guests will find the dining room, kitchen and living room as well as 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has one king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 king size beds (one of them in the loft area). The third bedroom features one king size bed and a king size sofa-bed.

Heading upstairs, guests will find the remaining 3 double bedrooms with their 3 bathrooms. A cozy living room as well as another kitchen and a stunning terrace overlooking the sea also feature. The floor can also be used as a separate apartment, as it counts with its own independent entrance from the main patio.

The Noto Swimming Pool villa is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, free wi-fi, satellite TV, two large terraces, heating and air conditioning.

Exteriors

Outside, the beautiful swimming pool lined by sun beds invites guests to enjoy summertime days. Here, a pergola offers some much needed shade. From here, a delightful vegetable garden with delicious local herbs, apple, lemon and pomegranate trees is a constant view.

Location

Located in the southeast of Sicily, the Val di Noto valley is a UNESCO heritage site thanks to its unique architecture. It is situated just 12km from the pristina Marina di Ragusa shore. The combination of mountains and the sea breeze make the area also quite famous for its fine wines.

Extending the journey, other dream-like beaches, such as the beach of the Vendicari Nature Reserve, are easily reachable.
