Interiors

Upon entering the Noto Bright Villa, guests are greeted by a spacious living area with a contemporary style. Furnished with sofas, a fireplace, TV and round table with chairs, it benefits from abundant streams of natural light from both sides. Indeed, sliding glass doors access the terrace and garden on either side of the living area. This makes it a particularly airy, open and bright space to relax.

The living room is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen area, including a dishwasher, oven, stove and utensils. Glass sliding doors overlook the terrace and allow guests to cook in the fresh air, as if outside.

The Noto Bright Villa accommodates a total of 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a beautifully carved wooden frame. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king size bed and bay windows leading to the garden. The final bedroom features twin beds and also leads straight into the garden through glass doors. There are a total of two brightly decorated bathrooms in the Villa, one with a bathtub and shower, the other with a shower.

The Villa includes both WiFi and air conditioning. A washing machine and iron are also at guests’ disposal, as well as a sound system.

Exteriors

The Noto Bright Villa’s terrace features both a lounge area and large dining table. This allows guests to combine delicious meals with stunning views of the natural reserve and the sea. A barbecue is also at guests’ disposal. From outside, a rooftop terrace is also accessible, for 360° views of the Villa’s beautiful surroundings. The garden itself is rich in vegetation, with green lawns and charming olive trees.

Location

Located in the south east of Sicily, the Noto Bright Villa benefits from the tranquility and vegetation of its landscape whilst being just minutes from the seaside. Vendicari beach is indeed just a 10min drive or half hour walk away through the gorgeous natural reserve. Only 10km up north, the beautiful historical town of Noto is also definitely worth a visit. With its baroque architecture and infinite churches and palazzi, it is considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
