Interiors

The Montenegro Exclusive Villa is composed of two rectangular bodies, one lower and one upper, forming a T shape. The lower block is characterised by hand-worked local stone. The upper block is characterised by a Corten steel façade, specially designed for optimal ventilation.
Surrounded with bay windows, the Villa is always flooded with light and allows for spectacular views from every angle. The lower floor features three double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bedroom. The main bedroom, with its 15 square metre window overlooking the lake, may also serve as a living room or studio. One of the bedrooms is also furnished with a double bunk bed, meaning there is room for two extra guests if needed.

The upper floor is covered with Corten steel strips and is composed of the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The house is furnished with contemporary Italian design furniture, several precious antiques, and works of art by internationally renowned artists. The living area features sofas, a fireplace and a large dining table. This living room opens up onto a beautiful veranda with its own panoramic terrace, lounge area and dining table.
The grand dining table inside seats at least 8 guests and leads to a fully equipped kitchen, including fridges, freezers, stove, oven. The master bedroom also features on this floor, leading to its en suite bathroom with a bathtub. All mattresses are brand new, orthopedic with memory foam and custom made.

A 3G internet connection is available throughout the Montenegro Exclusive Villa as well as satellite TV, heating and air conditioning with individual temperature control in each room. A domestic service is available to guests for a few hours per day at extra cost.

Exteriors

The Montenegro Exclusive Villa stands within a private terrain of 10.000 square metres, perched on hill, on the edge of a small idyllic valley. Guests of the Villa benefit from an illuminated private pathway and car park for several cars.
On the south side of the house, guests will find a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the valley and lake, and furnished with sun decks.
An underground 40.000 litre water tank retrieves rain water for the house, making this Villa particularly environmentally friendly. An electric generator is also installed in case of emergency.

Location

Immersed in the tranquility of this natural environment, the Villa is located in Montenegro, 400m above ground level in the natural park of lake Skadar.
Only 25 min from the airport of Podgorica, it is also only a 15 min drive away from the beautiful historical capital of Cetinje. Local beaches also also easily reachable, only 35min away. Lake Skadar, a 20 min drive away, is one of the major lakes of the Balkans with its boundless waterlilies. It is truly ideal for bird lovers because of its rich concentration of pelicans, herons, and cormorants.
It is also worth taking a day to visit the stunning UNESCO sites of Kotor bay and of the Durmitor mountains, offering skiing opportunities.
