Built in the early ‘40s by a notable architect of his time, Lake Como Swimming Pool Villa has been declared as a historical monument by the Italian Ministry of Culture. The villa has been completely renovated to ensure that guests have access to all modern facilities while being surrounded by the old artistic architecture.
The Lake Como Swimming Pool Villa can easily accomodate up to 10 guests and offers a hotel like stay from the comfort of their home. The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor. There are a total of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The villa also has a total of 3 bathrooms on the first floor – 1 bathroom attached with the master bedroom, 1 service bathroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. There is another service bathroom on the ground floor and a complete bathroom in the spa situated in the basement.
The kitchen, complete with a fireplace, is situated on the ground floor. The big spacious living room can be converted into a second double room as well. All rooms are completely equipped with all possible amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The spa is equipped with a sauna with chromo therapy and a hydro massage tub for 4 people.
Exteriors
The facade overlooks a beautiful garden that stretches into the lake, offering a mesmerising view of the horizon. Guests can choose to enjoy their meals from the comfort of the couch inside or from the lovely table seating option outside.
A paved heated swimming pool along with deck chairs is situated in the garden to add to your experience of an Italian summer making it perfect for all kinds of private indoor or outdoor events. Guests can also choose to play sports in the garden or in the pool. Whatever may be your definition of a perfect getaway, this villa provides it.
The novel luxury villa also has two parking areas and docks to berth private or charter boats for guests arriving by the lake.
Additional Services
Small dogs are allowed, external laundry service, boat hire service, baby sitting, massage, hairdresser, car with chauffeur, personal shopper, butler and private chef service can be provided upon request at additional cost.
Location
The novel luxury villa is a private estate situated on the Western side of Lake Como, offering the most beautiful natural landscapes. A very famous tower bell of Romanic time, next to the complex of Santa Maria Maddalena is situated right in front of the villa. It stands in front of the Comasina island and has a stunning view making the Novel Luxury Villa perfect for events, photo and video shoots!
It is well connected and has easy access to boat rentals, supermarkets and bus stops. There are many restaurants in a 5 km. radius for you to enjoy local delicacies. The Malpensa Airport is a 1 hour drive from the property and Linate Airport is a 1 hr 15 minute drive.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
