This luxurious lodge, entirely built out of precious burnished oak, is a harmonic vision that tunes with the surrounding environment. The Lodge develops over four floors, divided into ground parking area, first, second and third floor.

The property can host up to twelve guests in five premium suites. The master suite, is a masterpiece of interior design. It is composed by a spacious open living/dining/sleeping area, offering guests a breathtaking view of the white powdered mountains. Here guests can find queen size bed with box spring mattresses, retractable couch, kitchen with separate fridge, wine storage cabinet, a wonderful fireplace, a luxurious bathroom with Private-SPA (steam bath, Finish sauna, wellness shower), ball-and-claw bath, walk-in shower, hair-drier, personal bathrobes and slippers, Bogner Cosmetics, Sound system Sonos, Flat screen TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and room safe. This heavenly-made suite is a holiday dream. The Second Suite is a warm and sophisticated ambience, where the strategically placed lights play beautiful patterns on the wooden walls.  It is composed by separate living and sleeping area, where nuances of grey prevail. Here guests can find queen size bed, retractable couch, a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool with massage-/whirl-function, a separate walk-in shower, hair-drier, personal bathrobes and slippers, Bogner Cosmetics, sound system Sonos, flat screen TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, room safe, Smeg fridge and a large balcony to enjoy the view. The third Suite boasts a spectacular view of Wilder Kaiser and of the legendary Streif. The immense French windows create an effortless sense of continuity with the outside wilderness, making this suite extremely surreal. The forth Suite is a luminous and peaceful room, characterized by a spectacular French window strategically placed in front of the sleeping area. Here guests can enjoy separate living and sleeping area, retractable couch, a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool with massage-/whirl-function, separate walk-in shower, hair-drier, personal bathrobes and slippers, Bogner Cosmetics, sound system Sonos, 2 flat screen TVs (in the living area and the bedroom), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, room safe, Smeg fridge, and a large balcony to enjoy the view. The sixth Suite is a cozy dream for kids, where they can relax and play. This room is particularly welcoming thanks to the warmth of the chestnut beams. This special heaven offers 4 bunk beds, bathroom with separate walk-in shower, hair-drier, personal bathrobes and slippers, Bogner Cosmetics, Wii and PlayStation PS 4, flat screen TV, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, room safe, Smeg fridge and spacious terrace that offers direct access to the outside area.

On the ground floor of the Lodge, guests can enjoy the common areas compose by a comfortable lounge area characterized by powdered white views and a modern fireplace.  A spectacular dining area composed by a hardwood table, seating up to 15 guests and last but not least the lodge bar area, where guests can relax and enjoy their après-ski drinks. The most noteworthy aspect of these areas is the incredible view that surrounds the entire Lodge, whether guests are sitting at the dining table or sitting in the lounge area, they enjoy 360° views of the bewildering nature. The Lodge offers tailored services 24/7 for the most unparalleled holiday experience. Guest have at their disposal ski-in, ski-out, fully catered lodge for up to 12 people, SPA-zone with sauna & steam bath, fitness area and ski storage. The SPA & Fitness area is the most idyllic place for relaxation and restoration of the body after a long day of skiing. The SPA area offers a steam bath with a selection of fragrant essences and brine additive and light therapy, Finnish pine sauna, relax area with loungers, drinking water fountain with fresh mountain spring water, fresh fruit bowl and a selection of teas The Fitness area offers, Technogym treadmill, Kinesis® Personal, Personal Training, Yoga mats, exercise ball, Thera-Band®  and skipping rope.

Exteriors

The extraordinary outside area offers 360° views over the glazed mountain scenery; this is one of the most remarkable Lodges in the region, spectacular both indoors and outdoors. The most noteworthy aspect of the outside area is the outside lounge area characterized by an elliptical sofa with a central fireplace nestled in a glass structure. Dusk is perhaps the most magical moment of the day. The Lodge illuminates delicately as the red contours the white mountain tips. The outside lounge area seats up to up to ten people situated on marvelous balcony towering above Kitzbühel Mountains.

Location

Kitzbühel, one of the largest and most renowned ski resorts in Austria, is nestled in a lovely valley at the bottom of the Kitzbüheler Horn. In the 16th century the area began to prosper thanks to the its copper and silver mines, Kitzbühel — nicknamed “Kitz”— later it became one of the most  fashionable resort, attracting an international clientele drawn by its excellent skiing and winter sports events, along with its many ski schools and snowboarding parks. During summer, the area offers several activities such as hiking, biking, rock climbing and golf. When you are not skiing, the old town center of (Innenstadt) is definitely worth exploring. Built on a long ridge of hills, it consists of two streets, the Vorderstadt and the Hinterstadt, each lined with handsome old gabled houses, many of them built in the attractive traditional architectural style typical of the Lower Inn valley. Kitzbühel is also an excellent place that connects tourists to some of the most stunning alpine sceneries in Austria. The majestic Kitzbühel Alps are particularly popular among nature lovers for its abundant wildlife. Other natural wonders worth mentioning include the Schleier Waterfall (Schleierfall), that reverberates into the Rettenbach river for a wonderful hiking experience.

Please note that the structure lies in a unique location at the top of the Hahnenkamm cable car. Therefore, thelodge is only accessible during operating hours of the Hahnenkamm cable car. The operating hours are dailyfrom 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Fridays to 11.00 pm and Saturdays to 6.00 pm.
