Interiors

The villa sleeps up to 16 guests in 9 bedrooms. There are also 8 bathrooms. On the first floor guests will find a large living area and the main kitchen. The living area has a large piano and and open fireplace. The kitchen enjoys a beautiful view out over the lake. There is also a dining room with a table seating up to 16 guests. In addition guests will find a library, a dedicated relaxing area and a breathtaking terrace.

On the first floor guests will find 4 large bedrooms. This floor features three double bedrooms with lake views, and one twin bedroom, also with lovely views out over the water. These offer plenty of storage space and the peaceful rooms have luxurious furnishings. On this floor guests will also find three bathrooms. On the second floor guests will find 5 further bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There are three double rooms and two single rooms.

On the basement floor of the property guests will find the extensive entertainment area. Here there is an indoor pool with massage function, the spa area (with lake views) and a fully-equipped gym. Furthermore, guests can enjoy the private wine cellar, billiard table and cinema. On this floor you will also find the laundry and a further kitchen with fireplace.

The bedrooms benefit from a biweekly cleaning service a week with a linen change and towels included. This service also cleans rest of the villa daily. The owners renovated the property to the highest standards in 2016.

Exteriors

The villa has a breathtaking setting, right on the edge of beautiful Lake Garda. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views out over the water from the garden and the private swimming pool. There is a patio surrounding the pool with sun loungers. A staircase leads down from the pool area to the lake, with direct private access to the water. At the front of the house guests will find the large terrace, also looking out over the lake. Here there is a large table perfect for an al fresco breakfast. The garden of this Garda lakeside villa is well-maintained and peaceful, your own corner of paradise overlooking one of the most beautiful natural settings in Italy.

Location

This Garda lakeside villa’s unique location right on the lake offers both private access to the water for swimming and a private pier to leave the house by boat. Garda is the largest lake in Italy, and has long been celebrated as a place of inspirational natural beauty. The green mountain backdrop contrasts with the clear water, and you will find many pretty towns, such as Sirmione, scattered along the length of the lake. For day trips further afield, guests can visit Mantova and Verona, or enjoy a hiking trip to the Dolomites.
