Interiors

The interior style of the recently renovated Florence Stylish Villa can be defined as contemporary classic chic. With exquisite furniture and classic materials, the villa’s interiors beautifully complement classic Fiorentine architecture.

The Florence Stylish Villa’s main entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen, whose doors open onto the outdoor terrace. In the kitchen, a central marble table provides a private space to enjoy home-cooked meals made by the chef. Additionally, the pantry has a wine cooler with a collection of local, niche wines for purchase during your stay. Through the kitchen you will find an elegant dining room with a table for 12, leading to a spacious living room with comfortable sofas on either side of a large fireplace. The entertainment room next door offers a large pool table and is a great place to relax with a drink or play games with your friends and family!

The first floor offers five spacious bedrooms. Each has stunning countryside views and air conditioning. Three of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between them which is accessible by both. Following through, on the lower level there is another double en-suite bedroom which can be accessed from the courtyard. However, this bedroom does not have air conditioning but has private access to the garden and a furnished terrace where you can rest with a cup of coffee or tea. Moreover, on the first floor, there is a lovely and cozy living room with a fireplace.

Exteriors

Surrounded by ancient and majestic oak woods, the Florence Stylish Villa offers utmost privacy to its guests. The villa’s 4-acre surrounding grounds have centuries-old oak and chestnut trees, Mediterranean flowers, and fragrant plants. Meanwhile, the front of the house has a large terrace where you can enjoy dining outdoors as well as modern lounge areas in the shade. Here, you can spend most of your time soaking up the tranquil atmosphere and enjoying meals prepared by the chef with family and friends. A few steps down a paved path leads to a covered swimming pool with modern parasols and sun loungers.

Location

The Florence Stylish Villa is situated in the beautiful Mugello region, which is a valley in northern Tuscany known for its stunning scenery and varied flora. Above all, guests will have the unique opportunity to explore Mugello’s nearby treasures, such as Barberino di Mugello, Dicomano, Firenzuola, and Scarperia.
