Developing over 2 floors, this 4-bedroom Florence Elegant Villa is the definition of countryside luxury.

With light coloured walls creating a soothing and classic environment, the ground floor houses the common areas. From the spacious living room, furnished with timeless pieces and renaissance accents, French doors open onto the solarium. The kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances and a marvelous wood oven, also offers access to the large front patio. Furthermore, this floor holds an utility room with a service bathroom as well as 2 dining rooms. The formal dining room, complete with a fireplace, is perfect for intimate celebrations. The breakfast room, on the other hand, primes the Villa’s rustic character while displaying luxurious furnishings.

Moving onto the upper floor are the study room and the Florence Elegant Villa’s 3 private bedrooms. With the Master bedroom proudly boasting a Jacuzzi, all of the bedrooms have air conditioning and private marble bathrooms. Fine drapery and stunning views over the garden are also present in all rooms.
From the garden, guests can access both the laundry room in the basement and a separate dependance. This annex consists of a living area, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Also with air conditioning, the dependance includes a private outdoor patio.

Exteriors

Surrounded by meticulously maintained olive groves and fruit trees, the Florence Elegant Villa is a completely private fenced estate.
A large 8×14 meters salt water swimming pool sits amidst the engulfing nature. Numerous shaded areas create inviting outdoor spaces – perfect for al fresco meals or simple relaxing moments. A lovely barbecue station is also available on the patio.

Location

Located on the Chianti hills, famous for the namesake wine, the Villa is at only 15 km from Florence. The nearby village of San Donato, home to Villa di Torre a Cona, lies even closer.

Siena, another famous destinations, is only 45 minutes away by car.
