Interiors

This Sicilian countryside villa features a spacious triple living room. In the first space, guests will find chesterfield sofas, a 65” flat TV and a wide range of books. The second space, dedicated to kids, features a 50” flat TV and games. The third space is furnished with three sofas surrounded by jasmine. On the same floor, the open kitchen (Angelo Po) boasts professional stainless steel and granite working spaces. It has everything a chef would need: a computerized combi oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave, four gas burners as well as all the necessary modern utensils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also features automatic roof windows. In this room, the dining table, with its elegant design chairs, seats up to 10 people. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine and bathroom.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. Two suites are on the ground floor, one with a pool view, the other with lawn view. They measure 25 square meters each, and have en-suite bathrooms. The third room is located upstairs and features a private bathroom and panoramic roof terraces.

Exteriors

The villa offers an inviting Mediterranean garden with pool set against the backdrop of the Sicilian mountains. The exteriors have plenty of space to relax. Sheltered in the shade of an airy portico, the outdoor lounge overlooks a green lawn surrounded by jasmine. In front of the villa, the pool area with solarium boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. The black infinity pool (length 11m x 7m wide, 1.40m deep) has a salt water system. Next to the pool is the outdoor dining area.

On the first floor of the villa, guests will find two spacious panoramic terraces furnished with sun beds, cushions and rugs inspired by the Oriental tradition. The view of the mountains is truly enchanting from this space.

Location

The villa is located in in northwestern Sicily, in a region called Agro Ericino, between the cities of Palermo and Trapani, just a few kilometers away from the sea. This a very quiet and strategic location, with dream beaches, characteristic towns and archeological sites within easy reach. The area has not been touched by mass tourism and preserves an authentic atmosphere. Dive into the sea from Cornino beach or, a little further away, Scopello beach. Discover the enchanting town of Erice, the Greek Temples of Segesta or the nature reserve of San Vito Lo Capo, all about 20 minutes away. Explore the Phoenician city of Mozia, the seafront town of Castellammare del Golfo or enjoy the delicious Sicilian cuisine in one of the many restaurants of the area. Every single inch of this land is worth a visit.
