Interiors

This Emilia Romagna luxury villa reopened in June 2016 after renovations that renewed and extended both its exteriors and interiors. In the ‘Mediterranean Apartment’, the ground floor, you will find both a Deluxe and Junior Suite. Each has its own private bathroom, both of which are covered by refined brown marble. You’ll also find two open-plan living areas with patio doors opening onto the vast private gardens. This floor also offers a well-equipped, spacious kitchen, and a sun-filled conservatory. Taking the elegant stairs you will arrive in the “Panoramic Apartment”, the first floor. This offers its guests a wide and open living space (48msq), in addition to three further bedrooms. Here you will find two Deluxe rooms and a Junior Suite, all with a private bathroom. Guests of the villa will also have access to a TV, a functioning fireplace, and wifi. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Exteriors

The villa is enveloped by three hectares of lush and peaceful private gardens. With direct access to the house, these offer the perfect setting for relaxing walks, enjoying the evening sun over some wine, or a refreshing breakfast ‘al fresco’. The villa enjoys stunning surroundings of olive groves and vineyards, the rolling Emilian hills make for a breathtaking skyline and unforgettable sunset. Guests of the villa also have full access to a private swimming pool, equipped with a shower. Here you can also find comfortable deck chairs and parasols on which to relax and sunbathe in the privacy of your own garden.

Location

The Emilia Romagna luxury villa finds itself in one of Italy’s most charming provinces. The province has plenty to offer, such as quaint towns and the post-card views you can enjoy from the villa. You can find the nearest town, Castel San Pietro Terme, at a distance of 19km from the villa. The villa itself fits in harmoniously with its landscape, and offers a relaxing oasis from the bustle of cities such as lively Bologna, whilst encapsulating the best in what Emilia Romagna has to offer in terms of views.

Included in the price: 3 hours entrance per night to the 2500 sqm wellness center Varignana Spa. A selection of sensorial pools and showers, sauna, biosauna, steam baths, Jacuzzi, Kneipp baths, pools with water jets and ample relaxation area wit tea corner. Over the summer months, 1770 sqm of external pool area including five open-air pools with natural solarium of which one wellness saltwater pool and children’s pool.
