Interiors

Upon entering this restored Emilia Romagna Farmhouse, guests are greeted by large entrance hall. The various rooms of the ground floor are on either side of this hall. Perhaps the most outstanding part of this magnificent villa is its spacious traditional living room with its brick walls, old stone columns and arched ceilings. It also features a large fireplace, comfortable sofas and glass doors leading to the outside patio.

On the other side, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen includes an oven, fridges, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and small dining table.

The ground floor also features a double bedroom with a decorated fireplace and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Up the stairs to the first floor, guests will find three additional bedrooms. Two of them feature a small bathroom with a shower, the other features a larger one with a jacuzzi bathtub. Furthermore, a large terrace is accessible from one of the rooms.

The second floor accommodates up to 8 guests in two large quadruple rooms with two bathrooms. The bedrooms are in two parts, ideal for couples with children. The first part of the room features a large double bed, the other twin beds or a sofa bed, a bathtub and toilet.

Exteriors

At the front of the Emilia Romagna Farmhouse, guests are able to dine outside on the spacious patio furnished with a large dining table and sofa. Furthermore, outside steps lead to the upstairs terrace.

The Villa is surrounded by a green garden and features a large swimming pool equipped with deckchairs. The panorama from the garden and the pool are unbeatable, with a 360 view of the region.

Location

Castello di Tabiano is a beautiful estate towering over the Po Valley with views of the Apennine mountains. It is also only a few minutes away from the famous Thermal baths of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano. Included in the rental is a private visite of Castello di Tabiano, allowing guests to become familiar with the Villa’s surroundings.

Other possible activities include food traveling, visiting castles, walking, bike tours and visiting art heritage cities. The region of northern Italy is particularly famous for its gastronomy, so we recommend you make then most of the exquisite dishes that the area has to offer.
