This beautifully elegant, loft-style Dolomites luxury apartment, located in San Vigilio, is the perfect space for small groups. The chic yet welcoming interiors create the gently serene atmosphere. Here you can relax after a long day of skiing in the breathtaking Dolomites. Upon entering you will find a small antechamber with a bathroom to your right. Continuing through you will also find the living area. Here you can curl up on the plush sofa and watch some TV.
Alternatively, you can use the well-equipped kitchen to cook up a delicious meal to be enjoyed at the table just in front. The kitchen will provide you with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Of course, all the utensils and crockery you may need are also available. Furthermore, the Dolomites luxury apartment features two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Guests will also have access to a washing machine and dryer.
Exteriors
The Dolomites luxury apartment offers many large windows which let in plenty of light. From these, guests can also enjoy the views of the surrounding landscapes. Whichever way you look you can enjoy either the sweeping landscape of San Vigilio or the impressive heights of the surrounding Dolomites.
Location
San Vigilio is a delightful little village in the heart of the South-Tyrolean Dolomites. In summer this area is vibrant with nature, and in winter it transforms into a top-class ski resort, Plan de Corones. Here you can take part in activities such as skiing, night-skiing, snowboarding, ski hiking, cross-country skiing, sledging and also snowshoeing. San Vigilio sits at an altitude of roughly 1200m. Moreover, it is a typical mountain village and is surrounded by near-untouched landscapes. In summer you can also undertake such activities as the countless hike trails, mountain biking, or even the zipline! Suitable for all ages, a ski resort in winter and an adventure-filled natural haven in summer, San Vigilio truly is an amazing destination for all seasons!

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
