The master flat is on the first floor. Here you will find a very elegant living room, carefully decorated, with sitting and dining area. The same floor also has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A panoramic balcony with outdoor dining table surrounds the apartment. This penthouse is gorgeous, featuring an open living room with fireplace and dining area, a large kitchen and two bedrooms. Moreover, the bathroom on the attic floor has a Jacuzzi with chromotherapy. The penthouse also has a beautiful panoramic balcony. The third apartment of this Cortina luxury chalet is on the ground floor. Here you will find a living room with dining area and double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. This floor is wheelchair accessible.
Exterior
The chalet features wonderful views of the Dolomites. It faces south and has the sun shining on the balcony until sunset. It features prestigious furnishings, in traditional Tyrollean style and consists of 3 independent apartments connected through an internal staircase.
Location
This Cortina luxury chalet is located in the enchanting village of Cortina d’Ampezzo, in the Dolomites. It stands in a quiet area near the center of the village (1,2 km): a heavenly location, far from the chaos of downtown, but well connected to everything. From here you can reach the center of Cortina in 2 minutes by car or 10 on foot. And at 200 mt. is a mini market, a pizzeria and the bus stop with shuttles to Cortina center and ski area leaving every 30 minutes. Finally beside the house runs a beautiful nature path, ideal for walk lovers.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
