The Conegliano Veneto Family Villa has three floors. Each is decorated in a warm, authentic style with pretty original features. Guests will first find a spacious living room with a Louis XV style fireplace. This moreover leads on to an elegant dining room. There are also two lounges and a kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all utensils you may need. Continuing to the upper floors, guests will find a further cosy attic area. Here there is a second fireplace and the sleeping area. There are four bedrooms. Each has its own en suite bathroom. Some of the bathrooms also have a bathtub.

This Conegliano Veneto family villa is located near the town of Bassano del Grappa. This Veneto town is a beautiful location, famous for its unique covered bridge. Furthermore it is also practical for those looking to make the most of this region, as it is halfway between Venice and the Dolomites. Venice is also just 45 minutes from this holiday rental. Guests can also reach Cortina d’Ampezzo in just one hour. The charming town of Conegliano Veneto is about 20 minutes by car from the property, and Treviso, the provincial capital, is 40 minutes away.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
