This Chianti Villa has recently been restored whilst ensuring every modern comfort, preserving the original structure with its beamed ceilings, brick archways, stone floors and huge fireplaces.

The wellness area of the Property is located on the lower floor. Here Guests will find the Calidarium, a heated hydromassage, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, two showers and a dressing room. The center is at the exclusive disposition of the Guests. On request, massages and beauty treatments are available.

On the ground floor is a characteristic lounge in “cotto” with stone walls, beamed ceiling and archways. The main lounge has a fireplace. Close to it, the dining room has access to the outdoor. The large, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking delicious Italian meals. On this floor is also a Suite with private sitting room, kitchen and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 7 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom of this floor has a Satellite TV. Three bedrooms have beds of 170×190 cm. The fifth bedroom has a balcony, while the sixth has a mezzanine. The last bedroom features twin beds which can be joined and a private, external bathroom with shower. On this floor Guests will also find a large sitting room with fireplace. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Cottage

This is an independent apartment which is only rented together with the main Property. It was originally the barn and is made up of a lounge room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The private garden of the cottage has access to the swimming pool.

Exteriors

The marvellous garden of the Villa with its view over the wooded hills of Tuscany is a true coin of paradise. The panoramic swimming pool is equipped with loungers and parasols and has a large hydromassage area tiled in mosaics and waterfall. The outdoor dining area and the lounge are two splendid spots to relax and enjoy the timeless atmosphere of this enchanted place. The property is gated.

Location

Halfway between Florence and Siena, the Villa is located in the open countryside, 3 km from the charming village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, where Guests will find all the necessary shops and services. From the Villa you can reach tennis courts in 10 minutes, Golf Ugolino Florence in 40 minutes, and the beach in 1 hour by car. The Property also boasts a strategic location to explore the best Tuscany has to offer. In addition to Florence and Siena, don’t miss a day trip to San Gimignano, the city of a thousand towers, to Certaldo or Volterra.
