Interiors

The ground floor of the Cefalù Charming Villa features a charming living room with a wooden beamed ceiling and fireplace. Walking through to the kitchen, you will find a large table and all necessary equipment such as an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. Double doors will lead you from this pleasant kitchen to the outside area. On the other side of the sitting room is another small more rustic lounge area. The staircase will take you from the sitting room to the bedroom areas. Two double bedrooms are simply decorated and include their own en-suite rustic style bathrooms. An additional family bedroom accommodates 4 single beds, ideal for children, with its own separate bathroom.

Exteriors

The exteriors of this Sicilian villa are particularly attractive. An outside patio shaded by a wooden flowery pergola features a comfortable lounge area. It is also furnished with a large dining table, and a barbecue is at your disposal. The views from this terrace are spectacular and allow guests to enjoy meals and drinks while enjoying the coastal panorama. A charming garden path takes you down to a beautiful salt water swimming pool. Furnished with shaded deckchairs, the pool is the best place to soak up the Sicilian sun, facing the beautiful sea below.

Located at the foot of a rocky promontory in the north of Sicily, it is the home to a cathedral declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This charming fishing village also benefits from splendid beaches including Lido di Cefalù, renowned for its clear waters and views of the dome and the old port.

The closest beach to the villa is Lido di Cefalù, a coastline easily reachable from the town center, one and a half kilometers long. The scenario of this golden sandy beach lapped by crystal clear waters is exceptional, with the view of the fortress, of the cathedral, of the old port of Cefalù. The coast offers numerous other beaches suitable for all tastes, such as the beach Salinelle, Capo Playa, Pollina and the beach of Sant’Ambrogio.
