Interior

The interiors of this Capalbio villa boast an elegant design aesthetic. It blends effortlessly with original features such as exposed wooden beams and wrought iron staircases. Large windows fill the house with light. This creates a sense of space along with the white walls and stone flooring of the property. On the same level you will find a large open plan living and dining area: in the living room there are comfortable white sofas, a bookcase and a flat screen television, as well as an open fireplace. This floor also has a spacious dining area with large dining table and plenty of seating. The adjoining kitchen has marble-topped work surfaces and all modern appliances you could need during your stay.

There are six bedrooms spread over two sleeping areas, one on an upper floor and one on a lower floor. The upper floor offers and air conditioned unit with four bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. Here, you will find one bedroom with a bed measuring 1.5 meters, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The lower sleeping unit has a further bedroom with a double bed.

Exterior

This Capalbio villa boasts a truly beautiful countryside setting. The villa has several stunning outdoor spaces to relax. It sits within five hectares of lovely landscaped gardens, where an outdoor veranda shaded by vines and fragrant climbing plants is the perfect spot to relax with an evening drink. There is a further outdoor dining space with a large table and plenty of chairs, covered with a portico for shady lunches, while hammocks rock gently in the cool afternoon breeze. In addition there is a beautiful private swimming pool (dimensions 12 x 6) surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and parasols. The green lawns of the garden are bordered by beds of flowers and sweet-smelling herbs.

This Capalbio villa is situated right in the heart of the stunning Tuscan area of Maremma. The nearest sandy beach Ultima Spiaggia is 4.5 Km from the villa. The closest village is Capalbio, a pretty medieval village that is only a fifteen-minute drive from the property.

Capalbio is a breathtaking destination in its own right. The beauty of its architecture has been drawing visitors increasingly to its historical centre over the last few decades. However, this has not lessened the city’s evocative charm by any means. Capalbio’s cliff top setting mean that the views from the city are unforgettable, and have earned recognition by several travel guides.
