Traditional wooden floors, terracotta tiles and exposed roofs: the architecture of this Italian Villa is classic and elegant. The Villa is on two levels. On the ground floor Guests will find a large double living room with large TVs and tables for games. This space opens onto the garden. A spacious kitchen with a dining table is connected to the first living room.
The Villa sleeps up to 12 guests. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining five double bedrooms are located on the first level, reachable by a large staircase and lift. All bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms of the first floor has a private living room, while another one features a private balcony.
Exteriors
The Villa’s private garden boasts an amazing position and during the summer offers splendid sunsets over the hills. The infinity swimming pool with hot tub features panoramic views of the countryside and the pergola in front of the Villa allows guests to dine outdoors. The garden is fully fenced and a private parking is easily accessible from the main road.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
