This Arezzo vineyard villa can sleep up to 10 guests. On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There is also a beautiful living room which offers lovely views out over the Tuscan countryside from its French windows. These open onto a pretty shaded terrace furnished with chairs and a table. Inside the living room itself there are plenty of comfortable sofas for relaxing in the evening. The living room leads onto a dining and kitchen area with large floor to ceiling windows, looking out to the garden and private pool. On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms, one with a private terrace and all with stunning views. Each bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom. This luxurious property is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to explore Tuscany while experiencing a first-class stay in beautiful natural surroundings.
Exteriors
Our Arezzo vineyard villa dates from the 19th century and is an eco-friendly structure. The house has been recently renovated using top-quality sustainable materials to significantly reduce its energy consumption. The villa boasts breathtaking views out over Arezzo and the green sloping valley surrounding the city. There is a lovely private garden with a large private swimming pool and parking reserved exclusively for guests. This villa is one of two houses situated on the same estate. The villas can be rented together for a large group still wanting to enjoy some privacy.
Location
Our Arezzo vineyard villa is surrounded by an area of outstanding unspoilt natural beauty, tucked away in an estate covering 23 hectares of vineyards and greenery. The villa is situated in the centre of the Podere di Pomaio Green Winery. This vineyard has one of Tuscany’s most beautiful wine-cellars. You will also find a tasting room with sunny terraces where you can enjoy wine tours, tastings and cookery classes, or simply admire the landscape while relaxing with a traditional Tuscan meal. The estate staff can also organise your own special dinner or event in this space. The beautiful city of Arezzo is very close to this countryside villa, at just a 5 minute drive away. Famous from its cameo in Benigni’s film La Vita è Bella, Arezzo is a romantic setting for a day out, with fascinating churches and museums as well as excellent shopping.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
