Interiors

This Arezzo Tuscany villa can sleep up to 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms. Each of these is air conditioned and has its own private bathroom. Each bathroom either has a bath or shower and comes with a hairdryer. This Arezzo Tuscany villa is well-equipped for large groups. The pretty dining room has a table that seats up to 12. Leading on from the dining room guests will find the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Here you will find two types of coffee makers, two dishwashers, an oven and hob. Also there is a large fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, an ice machine and a food processor. The kitchen has direct access out onto the veranda. Here you will find a stone table perfect for al fresco lunches. Close by there is also a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the comfortable living room there is a satellite TV with DVD player and a selection of movies. In addition guests will find a Playstation II, a hi-fi system with CDs, an extensive book collection and a professional pool table. You will also find entertainment for all the family. Furthermore there is a pinball machine, a guitar and plenty of board games. Finally there is Wi-Fi throughout the villa and its garden.

Exteriors

The Arezzo Tuscany villa is situated on a hilltop overlooking rolling green hillsides and lush forest. It is close to all the major resorts and is in a beautiful park of trees and open lawns. It enjoys a picturesque view of the surrounding countryside. There is a large saltwater pool (7×14 m) with outdoor shower. There is also a five-seat hot tub with hydromassage function. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of Arezzo. In the garden guests can relax in a beautiful glass gazebo fully furnished with armchairs and sofas. There is also a large table for 12 people. You can eat and cook here as the gazebo has a kitchen, a wood stove and a fireplace. Outside there is also a table tennis table and a large lawn with a hammock where children can play.

Location

Our Arezzo Tuscany villa is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Arezzo. Here you will also find a private club with tennis courts, swimming pool and its own restaurant. The villa itself is in a private setting. It is only 80 kilometres from Florence and just 75 kilometres from Siena. This lovely city is famous for the Basilica of San Francesco. This church contains frescoes by Piero della Francesca. There is also a breathtaking old cathedral and many fascinating museums, local restaurants and cafés. You will also find plenty of shops selling local specialities. In addition to this, there are supermarkets and pharmacies. If you venture just outside Arezzo to the surrounding countryside you will often come across traditional village festivals with typical food, drink and music to be enjoyed. A truly authentic Tuscan experience!
