Interiors

This beautiful Villa built of stone in the 1960s and recently renovated enjoys a privileged location, just a short walk from both the coast and the sandy beaches of Feniglia and Tagliata. It is one of the few villas in Ansedonia to boast direct access to the sea.

Welcoming Guests is a large window that illuminates the entire living room, returning a magnificent view of Monte Argentario and the Feniglia tombolo. The living room, with a fireplace and parquet floors, consists of a sitting area and a super panoramic dining area. Here Guests will find an Alexa music dock and a projector for leisure moments. The living room leads to a spacious super-equipped kitchen with fine amenities, coffee maker, ice maker, large refrigerator with cool drink dispenser, etc. A beautiful window frames a charming view of Argentario.

The sleeping area can be reached from the living room and is arranged along a corridor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while two twin rooms with single beds share one bathroom. In the living room, Guests will find a stone staircase leading downstairs, where there is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and garden view. Wi-Fi is in the entire villa, while air conditioning is in the living room and in the two double Suites.

Exteriors

This Ansedonia Villa has a beautiful Tuscan garden, well lit at night, full of Mediterranean essences and typical dry stone walls. The highlight of the property are the large terraces overlooking the sea, where Guests will find many places to relax.

The main terrace is located on the upper level, reached through a suspended travertine staircase. This is an outstanding outdoor area, boasting breathtaking views of the island of Giannutri, the promontory of Monte Argentario with its two lagoons, the Feniglia beach, and even the island of Elba in the distance. Here Guests will enjoy the al fresco dining area shaded by a pergola, the outdoor lounge, a huge hammock and the BBQ.

A small vegetable garden is available to Guests, as well as a pleasant outdoor shower. The Villa has parking for two cars. The Ansedonia cliffs are 300 meters away from the Villa. Two sandy beaches, Feniglia and La Tagliata, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Location

The Villa stands on the coast of Ansedonia, the beautiful promontory in southern Tuscany. Near the Villa are two long sandy beaches, La Feniglia and La Tagliata, reachable in a few minutes by car. Here the Villa Guests will find delightful seaside restaurants and beach resorts. The nearest town is Orbetello, a 10-minute drive from the Villa. Here you will find ATMs, markets and shops. From the Villa it is possible to visit the Argentario coast and the Tuscan islands by boat, to explore the hinterland with its characteristic art villages, and to visit Monte Argentario and the fishing village of Porto Ercole, which in summer lights up with an animated nightlife.
